A website built to pass every check.
Most home-service sites fail the same dozen checks: the number is in an image, the pages take six seconds on a phone, the address is written three ways. We build yours on a template made to pass all of them, from your listing, your pages and your reviews, and you approve it once.

What the check looks at.
20 of the report's checks, in the report's own words. Your report drops any that cannot apply to your business.
Secure connection
A valid security certificate (the padlock in the browser), every page loading over the secure https address, and nothing on the page still loading over plain http.
One address for your site
All four ways of typing your address (with and without www, with http and with https) landing on one final address, each in a single jump.
Search engines allowed in
Nothing in your site's robots file (the file that tells search engines where they may go) blocking your main pages.
Sitemap present and working
A sitemap that exists, and at least 9 of every 10 pages we tried from it (up to 20) actually loading.
Nothing hidden by mistake
No 'do not index' tag on your main pages, and each page's preferred-address tag pointing to your own site.
Broken links
Zero broken links between your own pages in the ones we checked, and a real 'page not found' page with your menu on it.
Headings in order
Exactly one main heading on each page, and no heading sizes skipped on the way down.
Page titles and descriptions
A title of up to 70 characters and a description of up to 160 characters on every page, none of them repeated on another page.
Image descriptions
At least 9 of every 10 content images carrying a text description behind them (a decorative image marked as such counts).
Platform
Which website platform your site runs on. There is nothing to pass or fail here.
Visitor tracking installed
Google's free visitor tracking (Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager) installed on the site.
Clear in five seconds
A headline that names the service and the area, a call or contact button in the first screen, and page copy that talks to the visitor ('you') more than about the business ('we').
Easy to find what you offer
Every service page one click away from the main menu, plus a pricing link or an articles link in the main menu.
Service pages that sell
Each of your top three service pages with at least 300 words, a call or contact button, and either a video or a mention of price.
Usable for everyone
Google's accessibility check at 90 or higher (out of 100), and a visible outline on at least 80 percent of the buttons and links when moving through the page with the keyboard.
A page for every area you serve
A page on your site whose address or title names your own city; nearby areas without a page are listed as opportunities.
Business details Google can read
A block of business details (name, address, phone, type of business) in the code behind your homepage, in the format Google reads.
More details Google can read
At least three kinds of these detail blocks (for example business, services, questions and answers, reviews) in your page code, with no errors in them.
Areas and services Google can read
The business-details block behind your homepage naming at least one area you serve and at least one service you offer.
Video details Google can read
A video-details block in the page code on every page that has a video.
What we do about it.
- 1
Build the site from what exists: your listing, the pages the scan captured, your services and your reviews.
- 2
Put it on our template, which was built against every technical check in the report, so the scan is the quality gate.
- 3
Point your domain at it and redirect every old address, so nothing you had already earned is lost.
