The listing your customers judge you on.
Photos, hours, services, a booking link and a reply on every review. We check each one and fill in what is missing.

What the check looks at.
7 checks. Your report drops any that don't apply to your business.
Same name, address, phone everywhere
Your business name, address and phone number matching across your Google listing, your website (as printed and in its code) and Yelp, wherever we could read them, with at least two of the three compared.
Listing category, hours and description
A main category that names your trade, business hours and a description all filled in on your Google listing. A category we cannot match to a trade is named, not judged.
Photos on your listing
At least 25 photos on your Google listing.
Services listed, booking link
At least three services named on your Google listing. If your website takes online bookings, a booking link on the listing too (its Book online link or appointment link, going to a booking service or a booking page, not a home or contact page or a social or directory page). If your website doesn't book online, a missing booking link is a note, not a fail.
Posts on your listing
A post on your Google listing in the last 30 days.
Duplicate listings
No second Google listing with your name and phone number at your own address; a second location at a different address is allowed.
You own your Google listing
Your Google listing shown as claimed by its owner (the claimed flag in Google's business data for your listing).
What we do about it.
- 1
Fill the listing in: category, services, hours, photos, booking link and a description of what you do and where.
- 2
Match the name, address and phone on the listing to your site and the other directories.
- 3
With the Content add-on, post to the listing every week so it never reads as abandoned.
