What is the free report?
Up to 74 checks on your website, Google listing and reviews. Every fail comes with the fix; any we could not check say why. No card.
What do I get for $4.99, and when do I pay the rest?
$4.99 buys your first month of Root Essentials. We do the fixes the report names and you approve them. After that it's $599 a month for Root Essentials, and you can cancel any time in Root HQ. You pay $4.99 when you start. The first full charge comes one month later, and if you cancel in Root HQ before then, you are never charged it. The $4.99 first month (once per business) is for Root Essentials only. On day 60 we check again and show what changed.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. After your first month it renews at its monthly price ($599 or $2,999) unless you cancel in Root HQ. No setup fees, no charge per lead.
What is Root Plus?
Root Essentials plus phone answering: a dedicated person answers your phone 8 AM to 6 PM in your business name, and an AI assistant answers nights and weekends (it says it is an assistant). Jobs are booked on your calendar, you get a summary of every call (by email until the phone carriers approve texting), and emergencies go straight to you. Phone answering starts within 5 business days of signup. Call summaries come by email until text messaging is approved by the phone carriers, usually 1 to 4 weeks. It takes one client at a time right now.
How long until work starts?
The week you start. Site fixes first, then your Google listing and reviews.
Do you run ads?
Not yet. Paid ads is coming soon.
