What we agree to.

You type a business name and we check what the public can see: the website, the Google listing, the reviews, the search results for the area, and what AI assistants say when asked who to hire. We buy the search, listing and AI data from outside services. We do not log in to anything of yours, and you do not have to give us anything to run it.

The report is free and it is yours either way. To see it you make a free Root HQ account; the report is saved there and opens for that account. We do not publish or list report links anywhere.

A check that cannot apply to your business is left out of your report, and a check that did not finish is listed with the reason instead of a verdict. Traffic and link figures are outside estimates and are labeled as such. A finding is what we measured on the day, not a guarantee that it stays true.

There are two packages. Root Essentials includes Website, Google and reviews, Listings and Booking. Root Plus includes Website, Google and reviews, Listings, Booking and Phone answering. Root Plus takes one client at a time; when it is full it is not sold, and you can join the waitlist by emailing hello@rootdigital.co. Phone answering starts within 5 business days of signup. Call summaries come by email until text messaging is approved by the phone carriers, usually 1 to 4 weeks.

For your first month of Root Essentials you pay $4.99 (once per business: restarting a package later is the full price from the first month), and we start on the fixes the report names on your website, your Google listing and your reviews. On day 60 we run the same check again and show you what changed.

After that the package renews on its own: Root Essentials is $599 a month and Root Plus is $2,999 a month from the first month, until you cancel. That is the whole price: no setup fees and no charge per lead.

Month to month. You can cancel any time from Root HQ (Settings, then Billing) or by telling us in writing; the plan stops at the end of the month you've paid for, and nothing is billed after that. We can stop at the end of any month by telling you in writing.

A product outside your package (Content, Email campaigns, Media, Social media and Plans are outside both) can be added at its own monthly price, shown in Root HQ. It is billed monthly, with no setup fee, starting only once we've confirmed it with you. Calls and Paid ads are marked coming soon and not sold yet. Phone answering comes only with Root Plus and is not sold on its own.

You can also buy a product on its own, without a package, at its full monthly price shown in Root HQ. It is billed monthly from the day you pay, with no setup fee, and you can cancel it the same way. The first month at $4.99 is for packages only.

Your domain, your website and your Google listing stay yours. The fixes we make on your site, the pages, posts and emails we write for you, and the work on your listing stay with you when you leave, and we hand over anything we made for you on request. We keep no copy of your customer details beyond what the privacy policy describes.

Access to what we work on, asked for in Root HQ for the products you have: for example a login to your website, manager access to your Google Business Profile, or your customer list. Answers to the setup questions in Root HQ, and a look at each piece we show you before it goes out.

You confirm that the business is yours to act for, that the photos and words you give us are yours to publish, and that what the site says about the business is true.

We do not write fake reviews, buy reviews, or reply to reviews in a way that claims to be someone it is not. We run ads only for a client who buys Paid ads, from the client's own ad accounts. We do not claim on your site anything you have not told us is true.

If we change these terms, the date at the top of this page changes and anyone on the plan hears about it by email a month before it applies. If something on the site or in a report is wrong, tell us and we fix it; a report is our best reading of public data on the day, and we are not liable for a decision you make on it beyond the fees you paid us for the month in question.
