What we agree to.

You type a business name and we check what the public can see: the website, the Google listing, the reviews, the search results for the area, and what AI assistants say when asked who to hire. We buy the search, listing and AI data from outside services. We do not log in to anything of yours, and you do not have to give us anything to run it.

The report is free and it is yours either way. It lives at a link with a random id; anyone holding the link can open it, and we do not publish or list those links anywhere.

A check that cannot apply to your business is left out of your report, and a check that did not finish is listed with the reason instead of a verdict. Traffic and link figures are outside estimates and are labeled as such. A finding is what we measured on the day, not a guarantee that it stays true.

For the first 2 months you pay $4.99 a month and we do the fixes the report names on your website, your Google listing and your reviews, and run the same check again on day 60.

After that the plan is $249 a month plus $5 for each exclusive lead. A lead is a call or a booking request that reached you from your own site or your Google listing. We do not run call tracking, so the count is not automatic: at the end of each month we go through your call log and your form inbox with you and agree the number. A wrong number, a sales call, or the same person twice does not count.

Month to month. Either side can stop at the end of any month by saying so in writing. Nothing is billed after that month.

Your domain stays yours. If we build you a site, the site, its content and the Google listing work stay with you when you leave; we point the domain wherever you tell us and hand over what we made. We keep no copy of your customer details beyond what the privacy policy describes.

Every fail in your report that is ours to fix, on your site, your Google listing, your review replies and the articles we write, passes on the day-60 rescan, or the monthly fee is waived for the next twelve months.

Outside the guarantee: where you rank, what the AI assistants say, and who links to you. Those move on Google's clock and on other people's decisions, and we do not promise them. Also outside it: anything that needs an action from you that has not happened by the rescan, such as approving the site, adding us to the listing, or pointing the domain.

Access to the things we are fixing: the domain, the Google Business Profile, and the phone number and email the site should carry. One approval of the new site. Honest answers to the twenty minutes of buyer questions we turn into articles. If those do not happen, the day count for the guarantee starts when they do.

You confirm that the business is yours to act for, that the photos and words you give us are yours to publish, and that what the site says about the business is true.

We do not write fake reviews, buy reviews, or reply to reviews in a way that claims to be someone it is not. We do not run ads. We do not claim on your site anything you have not told us is true.

If we change these terms, the date at the top of this page changes and anyone on the plan hears about it by email a month before it applies. If something on the site or in a report is wrong, tell us and we fix it; a report is our best reading of public data on the day, and we are not liable for a decision you make on it beyond the fees you paid us for the month in question.
